2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings are confirmed upon direct communication via phone or WhatsApp.
• Payment terms and service fees are communicated directly during the booking process.
• We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours before the scheduled puja date.
• Refund policies are determined on a case-by-case basis and communicated at the time of booking.
• No refunds are issued for pujas already performed.

4. Spiritual Disclaimer

Our services are religious and spiritual in nature. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or benefits from any puja or ritual performed. All information on this website is for informational and promotional purposes only. Results may vary based on individual circumstances and the divine will.
